Terms of service

These terms are between you and SiteAsaan (“we”) when you use the SiteAsaan app. Using the app means you accept them. Our privacy policy says how we handle your data.
Using SiteAsaan
SiteAsaan is a work tool for businesses that run building sites and for the people they add to it. A company owner is responsible for the company's account: the people they add, what is recorded, and keeping it accurate. Use the app only for your own company's work, within the law.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a password. Keep the password to yourself; anything done in your account is taken as done by you. Tell your company, or us, straight away if your phone is lost or someone else has your password. App lock can add a PIN or fingerprint on the phone.
A company's records
A company's records are its own. We keep them to run the service, never sell them, and an owner can export all of them, free, at any time.
SiteAsaan works out pay from what is recorded. It is only as right as what is entered: check the figures before you pay, and correct a mistake when you find it. A payment is never edited; it is voided with a reason, so the history stays.
Marks made without signal are kept on the phone and sent when there is signal. Keep the app installed and signed in until they have gone; marks still on a phone that is lost, reset or cleared cannot be recovered.
Free and Pro
Free: one active site at a time, with everything on it and unlimited workers. A finished site never counts.
Pro: up to 3 active sites at once, and the company overview across them. Pro is sold only in the app, as a Google Play subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price Google Play shows for your country, including any taxes Google Play adds.
Free trial: a new subscriber may be offered 7 days free. You are not charged if you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends; otherwise the subscription starts at the price shown when you began the trial. A Google account gets one trial.
Renewal and cancelling: a subscription renews every month or every year until you cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or Manage in Google Play on the app's plan screen). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid.
Founding price: a company offered the founding price during the pilot keeps that price for as long as its subscription keeps renewing.
When Pro ends, the company returns to Free. Nothing recorded is deleted or hidden. Its extra active sites keep marking for 14 more days; after that the owner chooses the one that stays live, and the others stay open to read, pay and finish.
Price changes reach existing subscribers through Google Play, with the notice Google Play gives, and you can cancel before a new price applies.
Refunds
Google Play takes the payments, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours of a charge you can ask Google Play for a refund yourself.
After that, write to support@siteasaan.app with the Google Play order number. If you were charged after you cancelled, or Pro never turned on, we refund the charge through Google Play. Other requests we look at one by one.
What you may not do
- Try to reach another company's records, or anyone's account but your own.
- Record things that are false to cheat a worker, a thekedar or a client.
- Copy, take apart or resell the app, or overload or attack our servers.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and tell the company's owner why.
Our service
We work to keep SiteAsaan running and your records safe, and we back them up every day, but the app is provided as it is, without promises that it will never stop or never be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us for SiteAsaan in the 12 months before it.
Ending
You can stop using SiteAsaan at any time, and delete your account as described on siteasaan.app/delete. If we ever close SiteAsaan, we will tell owners in the app with enough notice to export their records.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update this page and its date, and say so in the app when the change matters to you. Using SiteAsaan after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
